The Terms & Conditions govern any contract relating to the purchase of an E-Book or a Product concluded between a consumer customer and NC6 TRAINING through the Site. All deliveries, services and offers from NC6 TRAINING are made exclusively on the basis of the Terms & Conditions.

All photos on the Site are for informational purposes only and have no contractual value.

 

Article 2. Creation of an account and access to your personal space

To allow you to access your Ebooks and place your orders for Products, you are offered to create an account on the Site by filling in the fields of the registration form. You agree to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate data and to update them. You can only have one account, which is personal to you and which cannot be assigned or transferred in any way.

 

When creating your account, you will have to choose a username and password which will be strictly personal to you, and which will allow you to access your account on the Site. Any transaction made from the account using your username will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

 

You will be able to access your dedicated personal space on the Site by means of your username and password. The E-Books that you have ordered on the Site will be made available to you in your personal space.

 

Article 3. E-Books

3.1 Ordering an E-Book

After selecting an E-Book on the Site, it will be placed in the virtual shopping cart. You will be asked to select a payment method and to confirm your purchase. All relevant information relating to this order will be summarized before the finalization of your order.

 

We will send you an email within twenty-four (24) hours of acknowledging receipt of your order to confirm your order and send you the download link for the E-Book. Your E-Book will also be available upon payment of your order in your personal space. You thus agree to waive any right of withdrawal, the download link having been delivered to you.

 

Receipt of this email confirms our acceptance of the order and the conclusion of a contract between us under which we sell you the E-Book you ordered, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

 

3.2 Conditions for downloading E-Books

E-Books and their Contents are not delivered on material media. They can be downloaded from the Site, in your personal space, or by means of the links which are communicated to you by email.

 

In order to download the E-Books and their Contents, it is necessary to be connected to the Internet. The download may take a while, depending on your hardware and your Internet access speed. To view E-Books and their Content on mobile, it is recommended to use an application such as Acrobat Reader, iBook or Pdf Reader. For better video viewing quality, it is recommended to use the Vimeo and YouTube applications.

 

If the download is interrupted, you can resume the download later by clicking on the download link again.

 

NC6 TRAINING cannot be held responsible for any possible additional costs imposed by a network operator when downloading E-Books and their Content, nor for any download problem.

 

3.3 Conditions of withdrawal for E-Books

No right of withdrawal can be exercised for E-Books to the extent that the download link has been communicated to you and that they have therefore started to be provided to you after your express consent.

 

3.4 Conditions of use of E-Books

NC6 TRAINING holds the rights to E-Books and Content which are protected by intellectual property rights.

 

NC6 TRAINING grants you a personal and non-transferable right to use the E-Books and the Content for your personal use, worldwide and for the duration of legal protection under copyright. You are prohibited from reproducing, representing, publishing, distributing, loaning, exchanging, assigning, modifying or adapting all or part of the E-Books and their Contents, without the written consent and prior notice from NC6 TRAINING.

E-Books and their Contents can be downloaded on different terminals (computers, tablets, smartphone) and this.

 

3.5 Disclaimer

E-Books do not - under any circumstances - consist of a medical service rendered by doctors, dietitians or nutritionists. E-Books are not a substitute for a diagnosis made by a healthcare professional.

 

NC6 TRAINING offers advice in its E-Books that can help improve the well-being of people. You acknowledge that you alone make the decisions concerning your health, your diet and your well-being with regard to the information and recommendations provided by the health professional usually in charge of your follow-up, notwithstanding the advice or advice given by NC6 TRAINING as part of the chosen E-Books. Any medical emergency should prompt you to immediately contact your attending physician or your medical specialist who follows you for your pathology or to dial emergency numbers.

 

Article 4. Products

4.1 Ordering a Product

After selecting a Product on the Site, it will be placed in the virtual shopping cart. You will be asked to enter shipping information and select a payment method before confirming your purchase. An acknowledgment of receipt of the order is sent to you by email after your confirmation of the order. 4.2 Product delivery conditions

4.2.1 Delivery locations and costs

Product deliveries can only be made in the United States of America.

Shipping costs are as indicated at the time of ordering. Please contact info@hauserlifestyle.com for any delivery outside of the USA.

 

4.2.2 Delivery times

NC6 TRAINING ships the Products within seventy-two (72) to ninety-six (96) hours from Monday to Friday from the confirmation of the order by NC6 TRAINING. If, in exceptional circumstances, a Product should not be ready for shipment within six (6) days, you will be notified by email. The delivery time for a Product is usually five (5) working days from shipment.

 

If you have not received your package within the time period indicated when placing the order, please contact info@hauserlifestyle.com to request that delivery be made within a reasonable additional time.

 

If delivery has not been received after this additional period, you may decide to cancel your order by sending an email to info@hauserlifestyle.com. In the event of cancellation of your order in this case, we will refund you the full amount paid at the time of the order (including shipping costs) for the Product subject to the delay, within a period of fourteen (14) days from the day NC6 TRAINING receives the cancellation request.

 

If events which seriously hinder or which permanently prevent delivery (for example, a strike, an administrative shutdown) should occur, we cannot be held responsible for the delays, including in the case of firm deadlines and dates.

 

4.2.3 Taking charge of delivery

The delivery will be taken care of by USPS.

Once your package has been delivered to our carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email with a tracking number allowing you to track the status of your delivery.

 

4.2.4 Non-conformity of the delivery

In the event of non-compliance of the Product during delivery, you must make reservations on the delivery slip or refuse the goods. The annotation subject to unpacking on the delivery note has no value. In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, NC6 TRAINING cannot be held liable. In this case, the order cannot be delivered again, nor refunded on the basis of the non-conformity (subject to the provisions of articles 4.3 and 4.4).

 

Article 5. Prices and terms of payment

The prices of E-books and Products presented on the Site may vary. The prices applicable to your order are those indicated on the date on which the order was placed. All prices mentioned on the Site are in US dollars and do not include all taxes (including GE tax which is 4.16%).

 

Payment for your orders is made by credit card, Paypal and native payment systems such as Apple Pay on iPhone. The debit of the sums due for the order will be done immediately upon confirmation by NC6 TRAINING of the order. You will receive an order summary by email at the address you provided to us.

 

No banking data is transmitted or recorded by NC6 TRAINING on the Site or its servers.

The personal data collected are as follows: last name, first name, postal address (in case of purchase of a Product), email address, telephone numbers. If you do not provide this data, you will not be able to order E-Books or Products on the Site from NC6 TRAINING.
